Downloading and Installing BPMS 5 Administrator
You
can download the new BPMS 5 Administrator program and install
it on your computer. The program is exactly the same as the
licensed version with the exception that you will not be able
to add backflow devices. If you choose to purchase the new version,
we will e-mail you a product key that will remove this limitation
and we will send the complete package by regular mail.

System Requirements
The
following hardware and software is required to run BPMS:
• Pentium II processor and above
• Windows 98, 2000, XP or newer on the client computer
• 128 MB of RAM (192MB recommended)
• 100 MB of free hard-disk space on each client computer.
If the client is installed
on a Windows Terminal Server, since each user will require
its own copy of the
BPMS front end, multiply the disk space by the number
of users who will have
access to the BPMS program.
• A minimum of 100 MB of free hard disk space on the computer
that will host the
back end (data). The back end can be hosted on any platform
that supports the
Microsoft Jet database. Microsoft Windows® 98, Microsoft
Windows NT®,
Microsoft Windows 2000®, Windows XP®, Windows
2003 Server® and
Novell NetWare networks and platforms that support Microsoft
Jet.
• Microsoft Word® 97 or above or WordPerfect®
8 or above. Microsoft Word®
or WordPerfect® is required to prepare mail merge
letters and labels.

The
BPMS Package includes:

A Manual and software on CD ROM for unlimited number of users
on one server
• Technical Support for One Year
• Free Training over the Internet for one designated user
• Program updates for one year with quarterly e-mail notifications
of program updates.
We welcome your suggestions for quarterly improvements
and new reports.

Pricing
The
cost for the upgrade depends one the expiry date of your latest
support plan and the number of backflow devices you have or
expect to have within a year.
If
you purchased or renewed your support plan after April 1, 2004,
you are entitled to a free upgrade. BPMS software representative
will contact you to confirm your contact information.
If
you purchased or renewed your support plan between January 1,
2004 and March 31, 2004, you can take advantage of the EarlyBird
Special price, providing your purchase your upgrade
no later than June 30, 2005. To determine your upgrade cost,

How to Order the Upgrade?
To order
the upgrade from Administrator 4 to Administrator 5 please fill
out the Trial Request form
or simply go to our "Trial"
page and fill out the Trial Request form.
Make Sure you fill out this form correctly. This is a good way
to inform us if there are any changes for the main contact person's
information or any other details that we may need to update
in our database about your company.
ALSO MAKE SURE that under the last drop down menu
in our form : "Which Trial version are you requesting?
" you choose "UPGRADE TO ADMINISTRATOR 5".
We will send you a link to download the BPMS Administrator 5
program so you can start using it immediately.
